“Texans Helping Texans” while having TEXAS sized fun, Oct. 19!

“Texans helping Texans” is the heart of the Texian Heritage Festival where area performers, historical reenactors, sponsors, vendors, volunteers and the attending area neighbors will all come together with common purpose — to benefit Montgomery County Texans in need through Montgomery County Emergency Assistance . MCEA aids Montgomery County residents in crisis by providing emergency clothing, food and other necessities in desperate situations.

What does that have to do with Texian Heritage Festival? MCEA is the primary beneficiary of the event. That means that YOU, as a visitor to the event, will not only have a totally unique, fun, educational experience, but YOU will be helping Texans in times of crisis. Two additional beneficiaries are Montgomery Historical Society and Fernland Historical Park.

What can be better than that?

Believe it or not several things can be better than just showing up at the Festival to take part in the fun.
